By accessing, registering with, or using the kuku4d platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and kuku4d.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kuku4d platform and close any existing Account. Continued use of our Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

kuku4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To be eligible to register an Account and use kuku4d services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address
• You must possess a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling restriction database
• You must not have been previously banned or had your Account terminated by kuku4d for violation of these Terms
• You must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law

3.2 Account Registration Process

Registration with kuku4d requires completion of our online registration form with accurate and truthful information. You must provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national ID (KTP)
• Date of birth proving you are at least 21 years of age
• Valid Indonesian residential address
• Active email address to which you have exclusive access
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Secure password meeting our security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)

Following initial registration, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by uploading clear, legible copies of:

1. Your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your photo, name, date of birth, and ID number
2. A recent selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face
3. Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document)

Your Account will have limited functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed. Specifically, withdrawal functionality will be restricted until your identity has been verified. kuku4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and address.

3.3 Account Restrictions

• Each Player may maintain only ONE (1) Account with kuku4d. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your Account to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must immediately notify kuku4d if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• kuku4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

kuku4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents:

• Indonesian bank transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja
• Other payment methods as may be made available from time to time, subject to separate terms

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification status and VIP tier. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer during standard banking hours (typically 08:00 - 20:00 WIB on business days) are processed within 5 minutes of receiving bank confirmation. Deposits made outside banking hours or via e-wallets may experience slight delays but typically process within 15-30 minutes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are final. kuku4d does not refund deposits except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors confirmed by our payment team.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your payment account to complete deposit transactions.
• Transaction fees, if any, charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• kuku4d reserves the right to refuse deposits from any source without explanation.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your kuku4d Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity. kuku4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and reserves the right to request documentation proving the source and legitimacy of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your kuku4d Account, you must:

• Have successfully completed KYC verification with approved documentation
• Have deposited funds and wagered at least the total deposit amount (1x wagering requirement on deposits)
• Not have any active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements (unless withdrawing only non-bonus funds)
• Have a minimum withdrawable balance of Rp 50,000
• Not be under investigation for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following timelines:

• Standard Members: Within 24 hours of request submission
• VIP Members (Gold tier and above): Within 12 hours of request submission
• VIP Members (Platinum and Diamond tiers): Within 2-6 hours of request submission

Withdrawals are transferred directly to your verified Indonesian bank account registered during KYC verification. You may not withdraw to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your Account verification status and VIP tier, typically ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

kuku4d reserves the right to:

• Delay or refuse any withdrawal request if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms
• Request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals
• Deduct applicable taxes or charges as required by Indonesian law
• Void winnings and forfeit balances derived from bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or other prohibited activities

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

From time to time, kuku4d may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or other incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before becoming withdrawable
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%)
• Maximum bet while playing with bonus funds is typically Rp 50,000 per spin/hand
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days) if wagering requirements are not met
• Players may only claim one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise

6.2 Bonus Abuse

kuku4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times
• Collusion with other Players to meet wagering requirements
• Using automated betting systems or bots to clear wagering requirements
• Making low-risk bets (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette) to artificially meet wagering requirements
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses with no genuine intent to play

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the kuku4d platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or providing false information during registration or verification
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated betting software to place wagers
• Game Manipulation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantages
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors (under 21 years) to access or use your Account
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions beyond their intended purpose
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been used for gaming
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your Account credentials

If kuku4d determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately:

1. Suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice
2. Void all wagers and confiscate all winnings and bonuses in your Account
3. Forfeit your Account balance without refund
4. Report suspected criminal activity to relevant Indonesian law enforcement authorities
5. Share information about prohibited activities with other gaming operators and industry databases

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the kuku4d platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. These systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated by kuku4d or Players.

8.2 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kuku4d platform are governed by the specific rules of each game, which are available in the game information sections. General betting principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel or modify bets after placement unless the game rules explicitly allow this (e.g., live betting cashout features).
• In the event of game disconnection, incomplete bets will be settled according to the results determined by the game server.
• If a game is abandoned or canceled, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise specified in the game rules.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits are displayed within each game and may vary by Player VIP status.

8.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting services, including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions, as well as other sports markets:

• All bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1 organizers).
• If a match is postponed, bets typically remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours. Otherwise, bets are voided.
• Live betting (in-play) odds update in real-time. kuku4d reserves the right to suspend betting or refuse bets during live events.
• Maximum payouts may apply to parlays (accumulators) and exotic bet types, typically capped at Rp 500,000,000 per bet slip.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, kuku4d and its operators, employees, directors, partners, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform use or inability to access services
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Errors in game results, odds display, or payout calculations, provided we make reasonable efforts to correct such errors
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality
• Third-party actions, including payment processor failures or bank delays

In any event, kuku4d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. If these limitations are not enforceable under Indonesian law, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, and intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the kuku4d platform are the property of kuku4d or its third-party licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where kuku4d operates, with due consideration given to Indonesian consumer protection and gambling regulations where applicable.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the kuku4d platform shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. We encourage Players to contact our support team to resolve issues amicably before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kuku4d regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

12.3 Waiver

kuku4d's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of kuku4d.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without kuku4d's prior written consent. kuku4d may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

12.5 Force Majeure

kuku4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, or technical failures of third-party providers.
